Keiteki's Kizuuton (Metal)

This is a secret bloodline passed down through the Drakun Clan by it's founder, Mikoto Drakun. Mikoto Drakun was the first person who discovered that he had the ability to use Metal, and he used metal to the fullest extent of it's power, and allowed him to form the Drakun Clan, and recieve his wings as well. However, this period of power seemed to be relatively short lived in retrospect. Mikoto chose a divine path, allowed to go on the path of himself becoming a dragon, and leaving his village behind, validly, along with his proud clan, to go into the above and continue many years of his life as a dragon. It is unknown if he still lives to this day. Still, the bloodline that he alone possessed, Kizuuton, the ability to use Metal jutsu, supplements, and basicly control it was lost to the ages, with many people revering him, his powerful abilities seemed to have drifted from the minds of the people, until somebody else.

It seems that Keiteki Drakun is a direct descendant of Mikoto Drakun, the one who chose to become a dragon, and previously led his clan to worship the dragons. However, Keiteki took a much more different path, defecting from his village, and fleeing from it, leaving his clan's ideals behind, and becoming the Coldblood, which allowed him to utilize his dark dragons. Keiteki also generally learned to use Kizuuton in his time away from home, becoming extremely powerful, and using metal to it's fullest extent, becoming a full fledged monster of a ninja. Kizuuton has shown itself to be a venerable power, and in the hands of it's master, it is used with deadly effect.

Abilities:

1.) Keiteki has the ability to manipulate it on a small scale, able to create metal weapons, and construct his own carefully, which is how he created his custom weaponry. This small scale manipulation is the limit as to how Keiteki can manipulate Metal without handsigns.
2.) Keiteki can use many jutsu with this element, using many powerful Metal jutsus and such, jutsus like Kizuuton Bunshin, Aragane, and others that allowed him to join Akatsuki.

Drawbacks:
Believe it or not, excesive use of Kizuuton, especially when used in conjunction with the body, will hamper Keiteki's intense speed.

Extra Notes: Even though I do not believe it is required...PLEASE DO NOT USE MY BLOODLINE, OR I WILL HUNT YOU DOWN AND HURT YOU VERY BAD. ^^

Your jutsu involving metal doesn't seem to very...Small scale to me.

By small scale manipulation, I meant Keiteki has free control over Kizuuton, but only at small scale.
