Name of Clan:Ankokutairiku
Clan History: It's not known when this clan actually started, but it's rumored they actually came from a different land to this place after hearing rumor of a great war. They then supposedly assassinated people throughout the great ninja wars, and then on through the period after. They thrived during this period, and came into a great bit of wealth. They spent this money wildly, and after the War died down, being out of work and out of money, learned to be self sufficient and also how to stay out of the eyes of the great nations.

They lived through the new period of peace roaming around the land in search of smaller jobs, every now-and-then getting a good payout, and also leaving members scattered about for the time of a new war that they knew would come. War would find a place to strike, it always did. As they left members of the clan around they also gathered information on the nations of the time. They started infighting and the clan though they might get work again, but it seemed to end fairly quickly. And they were once again out of work.

Now, as another war breaks out they may once again come into contracts and new assassination orders. But the question is who would be willing to stoop to the level of hiring assassins? Maybe the sound will find work for them, that is, if they ever come into a new leader. Regardless of who does or doesn’t hire them, they could either die out or become a predominant force. I guess we’ll find out which.


Clan Population: reduced to 42 members after the main center of the clan was eradicated (about one in four children of this clan have the abilities of this bloodline)
Clan Politics: The members of this clan born into a specific blood are kept in the clan as the leaders and trainers of new members, women are usually kept in the clan and men not of pure blood are always deposited in places of likely target at the time and in the near future. The leaders receive contracts and select an assassin in the area best suited for the kill and get a coded message to them instructing them in who to kill, and of any deadlines to reach the kill by.

Personality Qwerks: other than an unhealthy obsession and exposure to death, none.

Clan Kekkei Genkai/bloodline: Due to this clan's secrecy, obscurity, and rareness of the actual appearance of members into the world outside of their wandering clan, there are very few people that even know this clan exists. The abilities of this clan lie in their extremely unique chakra, their chakra is split very strictly in two, where a person usually has their physical and spiritual chakra mixed, this clan's spiritual chakra is almost repelled by its physical chakra. Their chakra is also almost all phasing element chakra, and literally can't be separated into more basal elements, limiting them to phasing chakra for the entirety of their lives. these unique conditions allow some abilities that aren't normally as easy to pull of as they are for them, but are still possible. One such ability is a near-perfect physical transformation, much like the standard transformation, only this literally transforms their body's physical state to that of another person. (changes in means of appearance, cannot take on chakra affinities or anything like that. Note: even in death the transformation would remain in effect.) This ability is accessible to anyone of Genin level. Another ability of this clan is a cloaking ability like one used by rock-nin, only this cloak is easily usable to people equivalent to Chunin, and sometimes Genin rank in this clan. One final ability is the ability for their bodies to take on the properties and form of nearly any sold or liquid they touch, this ability is only accessible to nin of this clan at Jounin rank of higher. If the state of the matter they change into is changed they would feel the effects upon turning back to their normal state. This requires a constant feed of chakra, so the amount of time it can be used for is determined by the users skill and chakra amount. Members of this this clan can also have the classic phasing abilities and others that differ from the ones aforementioned, but those will vary from nin to nin, where these are a constant across all nin of this clan.

(Note: because of the complex and difficult techniques of this clan, they are usually limited to semi-basic phasing techniques and taijutsu.)
