History:It was just something Rain was born with, no clan or anything goes with this bloodline.
Abilities:This bloodline isn't very interesting. The only things that can be done are: Using mind waves for genjutsu, making the almost virtually unblockable.
Drawbacks: After about 50 years they go crazy.
