The user is able to hide thin pieces of hard and sharp ice in water, allowing them to slice an enemy with their water. Unfortunately this jutsu can only be used with water and is usless without it.

These ribbons form around the enemy and will wrap them untill they appear to be a mummy. The stronger the opponent is physicaly, the more ribbons that will need to be formed.

Because his clan can withstand these high temperatures, he himself will not be harmed. This is mainly used to cover his hands so that when he strikes an opponent, they will also be dealt severe freezer burns.

Note(s): A Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Ice element. The user will first form a string of hand seals. After the seals, the user will create needles of ice from the surrounding water vapor. These needles are just as strong and any other but a counter attack of sufficient heat will cause them to melt. The true power of this technique is that once the needle impales their victim, they will begin to melt due to body heat and leave open, exposed puncture wounds.

Note(s): A Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Ice element. After completing the needed hand seals, the user generates a ice sphere around an object. This structure of pure ice begins to freeze anything contained within it. Sufficient time spend inside this prison can cause frostbite and even hypothermia as it begins to lower its captive's core body temperature. While this technique is active, the user is unable to perform any other jutsus or the prison will be dispelled.

Note(s): A Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Ice element. The user will form the needed hand seals and begin crystallizing the water vapor in the air, though not to the point of solid ice. The temperature of the affected area will begin to cool rapidly as if in the dead of winter and the surrounding air will begin to fade behind a white, thick mist. Most would think this was a Genjutsu but the user can use the low visibility and powerful chill to disorientate their opponent and use the openings to attack with a better chance of hitting successfully. Wind jutsu can be used to blow away the thick fog.

Note(s): By channeling Hyouton chakra through the user’s blade at it will emit an aura of freezing cold that transmits into anything solid the blade touches or cuts. This temperature is acute and sudden which causes most normal blades to shatter or weaken with repeated contact against these blades. The added ice also strengthens the blade while added ice can even lengthen the blade up to six inches of its original length. Strong Fire jutsu can be used to destroy the cold temperatures and stop the jutsu.

The haor frost looks like thousands of individual saw blades of ice that is extremely hard and will cut anything that touches it. When used to kill a person, the death is so quick that there isn't even time to feel pain. The pressure also produces a sizable fountain of blood. The user can control the pressure used in the attack, which allows him to merely break bones or completely liquefy an opponent. Strong fire jutsu can be used to stop this jutsu.

Note(s): Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Ice element. This jutsu can be used by turning the moisture particles in the air into a hard ice. This jutsu forms disks, which have several uses. They can be hurled with tremendous force at a target, which will be hard to dodge because of their transparency. They can also be strung together to spy on areas both far and hidden. They also have a defensive purpose of creating highly durable shields or disks to stand on to hover in the air. By forming the ice into a large lens, he can hover in the sky to focus the rays of the sun, which can focus into a powerful beam capable of melting and exploding the pinpointed area. Strong fire jutsu can be used to stop this jutsu.

Note(s): Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Ice element. After forming the needed had seals the user will change the temperature of the atmosphere to cause it to heavily snow. Along with this, it changes the entire area into an artic blizzard. The harsh winds freezing temperatures can be used to slowly weaken an enemy and give more snow to use in other jutsu. Strong fire jutsu can be used to stop and protect them from most of the harsh conditions of winter and it also requires a constant use of chakra to maintain the blizzard.

After forming the needed had seals the user will focus their chakra into a wide area around their body and force the temperature to drop in an instant. This rapid drop in temperature flash freezes anything capable of freezing (Including People) and can cause almost immediate frostbite in those standing on the edge of the area it is being used on. Strong fire jutsu can be used to stop the area around them from freezing and also causes the user to receve severe freezer burns all over their body.

Description: A taijutsu style which attacks the pressure points on the body. Learning it requires extensive knowledge of the weak points of the body. The user strikes with the fingertips, as opposed to the common punch; the much smaller striking surface of the fingertip channels the force of the attack into a smaller, more precise hit that deals much more damage. With relatively little force, dramatic results can be achieved, hence the name of the form. Effects range from weakening an opponent; to deadening limbs or organ systems; to slowing bodily functions to the point of death.

• Increase, decrease or complete shutdown of bodily senses on specific part or whole body. (Sight, Sound, Touch, Taste and Smell)
  
• Involentary body movements (release of hand [make enemy drop weapon])

• Create a constant pain that will not decrease untill the same point is struck in the un-doing motion. (Cause severe pain in shoulder untill someone else who is keen in Dim Mak undoes it.)
