(My avi shows Yue wearing his casual clothes)
Personality: Yue is very intune with his religion of Jashin since his Clan were the ones to create the Religion. When he isn't obeying the rules of Jashin, Yue is often someplace being like his normal laid back self or training to perfect his techniques. He loves to be laid back and doesn't have a temper, unless someone disgraces his Religion and then he would strive to kill them. He also has a somewhat sympathetic side that the ones that are close to him often see. Other than that, Yue plans to get the world to join his Religion of Jashin and together the world would be wonderful for him.
History: Yue Tojiro was born into a lower class family in the slums of the Hidden Rain Village. The family consisted of his father, mother, and 2 brothers. The family was doing well in their state until a war broke out in the Rain Village when Tojiro was 4. It was between the Government and the Civilians who were mad at the Kage for making them suffer while he lived happily in his fancy palace. For a while the war didn't affect the family, until the Government came and took Yue's 2 older brothers. Then afterwards Yue's father was forced to join the Government's rank as well. Yue and his mother were forced to fight off intruders until they killed his mother. This angered Yue and for the next 2 years Yue fought and killed anyone that even came close to his home. He was very skilled in fighting and already went through so much pain and depression for his age. When the war was over none of his family returned making him think that they were killed. However, when Yue was discovered by the remnents of the ANBU they saw his mother's rotten corpse and him covered in blood and flesh. They then took him to the new Kage for instructions on what to do with him and the Kage decided to take Yue into his own hands.
When Yue turned 7, he had already graduated the Academy, and became a Genin which he was then assigned to a Team of the most feared Shinobis in the Rain Village. His two teamates were both skilled with their Kekkei Genkais and were very strong opponents. Their sensei was supposedly a descendent of one of the Great Swordsmen of the Mist and was very strict on all of his teachings. The team became very strong, very quick and was thought of as Jounin ranked because of their missions and what they were learning. The Team had learned numerous jutsus and were feared throughout the Rain Village. In this time Yue began to accept his Religion of his Clan, Jashin, and began killing people that he was supposed to merely injure and bring back to the Village. The Village had a problem with the decision made by Yue and the problem became even bigger when the Chuunin Exams came around. The Kage then decided that he would send the Team on a mission to bring back an S Rank Criminal that was supposedly aquainted with the Akatsuki. The Team agreed and left to find the man.
On their journey, Yue asked his teamates to become followers of Jashin, but they all declined and began to mock him and his Religion. He began to get quiet the remainder of the mission, but he was going to get revenge for them mocking Jashin. His time came quick enough when they encountered the S Ranked Criminal who was wearing Akatsuki robes. Yue merely hung at the back off the group as one by one each of his teamates began to slowly get killed off by the man. As each of his teamates began to die, they each asked for Yue to help them and he merely gave a fang-filled smile while replying with;"...and may Jashin have mercy on your soul." Yue continued doing so until he was the last of the Team facing the Akatsuki member. The man gave an emotionless expression under his before speaking aloud to Yue.
"Tell me why you did not help your team as they slowly began to die", the man said.
"Because they declined to become followers of jashin and then mocked me and the ways of Jashin in the process", Yue replied with an expression like the one he gave to his teamates.
The man then made a motion towards his Ninja pouch and grabbed a kunai which he swiftly threw at Yue. The kunai hit Yue, but he felt no pain and he could feel power surging through his body. He then began to fight with the man on par for a while before sending a kunai through the skull of the man. Yue's curiosity got the best of him as he removed the hood from the man and saw it was his second older brother, Haru Tojiro. His heart sunk and a tear rolled from his eye. It was the first tear Yue had ever shed since after his mom's death and he couldn't believe he had killed his brother. A wind blew through the forest before a laugh could be heard from the trees surrounding him.
"It seems you have activated the Takai Manako and I will return for you when you are ready to be with us", the voice from the trees said before trailing into the sound of the leaves rustling.
Yue wiped the tear from his eye before saying aloud' "I am ready now", but it was too late and the voice was gone.
Yue then returned to the Rain Village where he was confronted by the Kage. He then spoke of how his entire team was killed by the Akatsuki, but he did not speak of the man being his brother or his Kekkei Genkai. The Kage granted Yue the position of being a Chuunin and then returned to giving him more and more missions. Yue had no problem with the missions since almost all of them required him to use his Way of Jashin which would require him to kill the target.
A few months went past after the incident with his confrontation with his brother before he was called to appear before the Kage once more. The Kage was recieving reports of the same Akatsuki member that killed Yue's Team to be returning to supposedly finish the job and kill him. Yue knew that the member was actually his brother who was trying to come and take him to another place to live with him. The Kage had another idea that required Yue to move to Kumogakure. Yue didn't agree, but they insisted that he do it and proceeded anyway. After Yue was safely removed from the Village and was sent to the Cloud Village, the Rain Village was attacked by the Akatsuki man once more who was looking for Yue. The man did however find out where Yue was headed and went after him.Along the enitre trip to get to Kumogakure, Yue and the highly trained ANBU that were sent with him were forced to fight puppets and the closer they got to Kumogakure, the stronger the puppets got. The ANBU managed to get Yue safely to the Cloud Village without the Akatsuki man getting to him.
For the next couple of months Yue did many assasination missions for the Raikage in which he could never decline since he knew the more people he killed, the more intune he would become with Jashin. He continued doing the missions until he recieved word that the same Akatsuki man that he fought with in Amegakure was caught in the outskirts of the Cloud and was nearly killed. He also heard that the man was being held in a containment cell until the next day which they would execute him. Yue could not believe the words he held and ran as fast as he could to the Kumogakure Prison. He knew the guards wouldn't let him in to see the man, so instead he scaled the ways until he fond the window into his brother's cell. When he found his brother's cell, he saw him bloodied up with fatal wounds to his body. The expression on his face was a bloody smile with his face nearly completely covered in blood. A signle tear rolled down from his eye as he knew there was nothing he could do to save his brother.
He could then hear a loud commotion from within the prison and the noise got louder until it was outside of the cell's room. Then it got very quiet and then suddenly two bodies were sent flying through the cell door inwhich the two bodies were injured badly. A man then entered into the room and looked down at the two Shinobis and saw the fear in their faces while returning an emotionless smirk while wielding a pair of kunais in his hand.
"May Jashin have mercy on your soul", he said while throwing the kunais into the Shinobis' skulls with ease and precision.
The man then turned to the near lifeless body of Haru and grabbed him by his throat and threw his body over his shoulder. This was somewhat scaring Yue since the man semmed much bigger and older than Haru. When the man turned to exit with Haru on his shoulder, Yue began to run across the wall towards the front of the prison. Even though Yue was running quickly, he could see within each of the cells numerous lifeless bodies and the ones that were still alive were severely injured and made little movement. As Yue made his way to the front of the prision he saw more dead bodies than he had ever seen in his life, but after scanning the area he could see the man carrying Haru in the distance entering the forest.
Yue followed stealthly after the man and Haru into the forest and after a half hour or so of stalking them, the pair finally stopped. The man placed Haru at the base of a tree and smacked him in his face a few times to wake him up. Yue on the other hand was above them in the branches and was covered by the darkness of the night trying to listen to them. After Haru finally awoke once more an irritating sigh could be heard from him. The man kept his hood on while sitting on his heels so his was staring Haru in his eyes.
"So tell me you where out here and almost killed Haru", the man said softly.
"Cause I found him....I wanted to bring him with us since he was ready", haru said coughing up some blood in the process.
The man shook his head before speaking once more; "No Haru, he wasn't ready... only your selflessness wanted to be with him."
Haru nodded his head in agreement;" I guess, but he is almost there Zukia."
"Keyword there little brother "almost there" which I agree as well, Zukia said while reaching into his Ninja pouch on his leg and pulling out a kunai, "but now for the reason I returned.... do you remember what the Leader said the first time you aided him?
Haru's eyes showed no fear or regret as he was asked the question. Which he then replied with; "Yes and when I went to get him and failed, I was almost killed and was in intensive care for over a month.... so I can probably think about what happens now that I violated the rule the 3rd time, Haru said while closing his eyes.
Zukia raised the kunai so it was directly between Haru's eyes, then in unison the two spoke; "And may Jashin have mercy on your soul." Then swiftly with his other hand, Zukia shoved the kunai between his eyes and pinned his head into the tree he rested on. He then took the blood of Haru and wiped it on the tree above his head, drawing the Jashin symbol and then wiped the remainder of it on his eyes. Zukia then stood and walked off into the night quietly as if nothing had ever happened. Yue was upset that he only heard parts of the talk and was angered when his brother was killed. He waited until the man left and then he climbed down the tree so he was before his brother and closed his open eyes while saying; "And Jashin WILL have mercy on your soul." As Yue lefted his hand from his brother's face a group of ANBU members lead by the Raikage came from the surrounding trees and saw Yue with a few tears emerging from his eyes. he then thought that Yue killed the man and gave him the rank of Jounin there on the spot.

Re: Yue Tojiro (Finally Finished)
History Continued:
A year went by after Yue was given the rank of Jounin for some other Akatsuki member's actions and he was holding lots of anger and sadness within him. He trained everyday on his Kekkei Genkai and had managed to unlock the 2nd Stage from killing numerous people and pledging his life to Jashin. He had also began to take up the arts of Puppetry in memory of his older brother, Haru. Yue was considered a specialist in Taijutsu and his Elements of Water, Lightning, and Fire and was also feared throughout most of Kumogakure. One day while Yue was training, he was summoned to appear at the Raikage's Office. He thought he was going to be sent on another mission, but instead he saw the Raikage's body suspended in mid air with the Symbol of Jashin inscribed into his chest. Below the symbol was ancient text used within the Tojiro Clan and Yue was the only one who could read it. He silently read it to himself before telling the others in the room a lie about what it said. He told them that this was one of the many deaths to come and suggested that they should increase the protection of the Village. He on the other hand made his way back to the forest where haru was killed and continued walking through it until he came across an open field. In the middle of the field stood a hooded man wearing the Akatsuki robes. This angered Yue somewhat that the man knew tha ancient text of Tojiro when the only survivors of the Tojiro Clan was him and his brother Haru who was killed and Yue highly doubted that Haru would teach others the text of the Tojiro. The man only stood with his back at Yue while Yue began a series of handsigns. In the end a ball of pure chakra formed in his hand while water swirlled around it and lightning sparks shot from within it (think of a water/lightning Rasengan). Yue then charged at the man with anger and pain clearly seen from within his eyes. As he got closer to the man, the man disappeared and quickly reappeared behind Yue grabbing his wrist and breaking it so his technique would simply go into the air and explode making it rain above the two men. Quickly following the simple breakking of his wrist, the man spun Yue to face him and hit him in the stomach so hard he coughed up blood and fell to his knees. The man then grabbed Yue's hair and kicked him in the jaw so he was hurt and laying on his back facing the man. The man then squated down above Yue's head while pulling out a cigarette and lighting it. As he lit the cigarette, the wind blew hard enough to knock the man's hood off revealing a middle aged man having long silver hair and empty black eyes with the pupil constantly changing colors. The man took a slight puff before speaking. To Yue, the man looked slightly like the pictures of his oldest brother, but his oldest was supposed to have been dead before the War even started.
"I don't think you remember me since I left when you were younger and Haru soon followed after me when the War hit. We managed to get to a safe place before the War really started, but we were still forced to fight. We ended up killing numerous Shinobis and civilians to protect ourselves, and we were even forced to kill our father.", the man took a slight moment to take another puff of his cigarette, "Oh and if you didn't recognize me yet... I'm your oldest brother, Zukia. But back to the story of how we managed to live through it. We killed and killed and before the War was over we had nearly mastered our Kekkei Genkai. When the War was over we tried to return, but mother was dead so we assumed you were as well. We then went on to be Missing Nin and we had both mastered the arts of everything imaginable from Taijutsu, Ninjutsu, Genjutsu to the Forbidden Jutsus and so on. Haru and I were the most feared Shinobis in the Underworld and earned the name of Tojiro's Rage. We were given the name after we were supposedly the last of the Clan and were had sadness and rage filled up inside of us for the lost of our Clan. We then needed money and began to assasinate Feudal Lords and other important people. We continued doing so until he met a man who was very wise and very strong as well. He promised us power and a chance to please Jashin greatly.", Zukia took another moment to take another hit of his cigarette before sitting down on his butt. He gave a sigh before continuing on with the story and said; "And we agreed. The man didn't lie to us and we killed more men than we could ever imagine. We were officially members of the Akatsuki and our reputation was sky high since we were in every Bingo Book in every Village. We were good until Haru had got word that you were alive and he snuck off to go and get you. he was called back before he could and could only help you get your takai Manako unlocked. When he returned the second time without permission, the very man that brought us into the Organization easily broke Haru down so he was holding onto a thin string of life. When he disobeyed that other warning, I was sent to kill him. When I killed him I knew you were listening to us, but I wanted you to redeem my soul and relieve me of my stress and pain. And that is basically how we are here today.", he said as he stood up and watched as streak a lightning came from under the ground and Yue stood a few meters away from him and stared emotionlessly.
"So you want me to kill you then huh", Yue said as he held a kunai in his hand.
"If you can then you will be given a great increase of power for your Takai Manako...", he said while taking out his own kunai, ".... but if you can't then you will be kil..."
Zukia wasn't even able to finish his sentence as the bloodied up Yue stood behind him and shoved a kunai enforced with lightning chakra into his spine making him paralyzed. The perfectly fine Yue exploded to prove that it was actually a mere lightning clone. Yue looked down at his oldest brother and reached his fingers out to remove one of his eyes and held it in his hand.
"Tell me the true power of the Takai Manako... before I kill you", Yue said as he looked emotionlessly at his brother.
"Depends on what your true intentions are... for me and Haru's intentions were different and our powers differed slightly, but if you take the blood of your loved one and wipe you eyes with them then you will be given Jashin's blessing. Haru got his power when he took Father's blood and I got mine when I killed him so you should get yours when you kill me", Zukia said while huffing and puffing from being out of breath.
"Well that was all I needed to know so....", Yue took one of his kunais and pointed it at Zukia's throat, ".... and may Jashin have mercy on your soul"
With those last words, Yue struck Zukia in the throat with so much power that after it went into his throat, it went into the ground and created a crater around the body. He bent over his brother's body and removed his other eye and squeezed the juices from them onto the blood from the kunai. After licking the blood and juices from the kunai, he felt a sudden burst of power surge through his body. Yue then zipped up his robe and threw the hood over his head as it began to rain over him and his brother's corpse. He knew that he could no longer reside in the Cloud Village with the lie he trold earlier along with them going to eventually find out that he was once related to Haru and Zukia Tojiro.
It has been a year since the incidents and Yue has almost nearly lost intrest of battles and has become a laid back person that really only fights when he feels like it and when he does he enforces the Ways of Jashin and strives to kill them. He is now a Rouge Shinobi that can be found nearly anywhere but is most often found in the areas around the Rain Village.

Scenario 1:
Yue was a Chuunin of the Hidden Rain at the time when he was merely taking time off to walk around the Village as he pleased. He had earned the time off especially after the big mission he returned from with some high ranking Jounins that were going to join the ANBU ranks soon. He made his way through the Village until he got to the Village Square, where he then sat on the fancy marble fountain that was created in honor of the new Amekage. He quietly sat watching the villagers scurry around in the rain trying to get to their dry homes.
"How useless people are these days", he thought to himself before he spotted a black pouch laying in the middle of the street.
He casually rose from his seat and walked over to the pouch and picked it up. He couldn't believe his eyes when he opened it up to see the large amount of money stashed within it. He was planning to pocket the money, until he saw a Jounin up the road, casually making his way towards him. Yue then knew he should give the wallet to the man and it would be the right thing to do, but he had already had his eyes on a pair of body weights that would garantee muscle build that would not only make him stronger, but also much faster. His time was fading away more and more as the Jounin came closer and closer to him and the money. He finally made up his mind and took a chunk of cash from the wallet and put it in his pocket before the Jounin arrived.
"Hello Yue mighty fine mission I heard you completed.", the man said
"It's cool.... hey I just found this wallet with some money... am I supposed to give it to you?", Yue asked slightly puzzled.
"Now that you mentioned it I did lose my black wallet only about a half hour or so ago.... can I see it?, the man said once more.
Yue was getting slightly afraid because if the man knew exactly how much he had in his wallet then he was screwed... big time.
"Sure here ya go", Yue said while slowly handing him the remnants of the money in the wallet.
The Jounin examined the wallet before nodding as it was his and then taking a look inside. He saw his I.D. in the wallet was gone, but it was expired anway so he was going to get another one, but then he grabbed his money and began to slowly count it. With each dollar he counted Yue's heart rate increased. He knew that he was going to get busted, but the man took out just enough for the weights Yue wanted and handed it to him.
"Thanks for not taking any of the money.... anyone else would've", the man said as he then turned his back and began to walk off into the same direction he came.
When the man was gone, Yue's jaw dropped and he couldn't believe he not only stole some of the man's money but got some more just for giving it back to him. He then reached down into his pocket to pull out the money he stashed earlier only to see it gone and a note in its place. The note read; "Next time don't steal my money kid." This pissed Yue off, but he still had the money for his weights and then made his way over to the store to by them.
Scenario 2:
Yue was living in Kumogakure at the time and was sent to patrol the borders of the Village. It was extremely quite and dull, except for the fact dark clouds could be seen making their way over the Village. That meant it would soon rain and remind Yue of his home. He then quit dreaming and went back into reality of patrolling the empty border. He continued walking through the trees until he saw 3 small smoke bombs fly at his feet and explode, creating smoke to cloud his vision. He was not in the mood to fight anyone and when he heardthe kunais coming at him, he removed one of his own kunais and deflected the kunais. When the smoke faded and his vision cleared, Yue saw 4 lowly criminals wielding weapons. They were all in the Bingo Books, but their reward was extremely low. He also knew that with them attacking him, he would have committed a sin to let them live. For a slight moment there was no sound and a slight breeze went through the forest. That was when one of the Shinobis charged at him with a knife in hand. He attempted to punch and stab Yue with the weapon, but Yue was too fast and dodged them attacks. As he was dodging the attacks he regripped his kunai and stabbed the man in the left side of his skull in which he then kicked him in the chest to send him flying back towards his other criminal friends. Then another two ran at him one performing a Wind jutsu while the other performed a Fire Jutsu. They were to slow in forming the handsigns and Yue had already created the Water Dragon jutsu, which roared ferociously and drowned the two men. The last Shinobi kept calm, even after Yue threw one of his Elemental Explosive Seals, that was charged with lightning, at the other two men who were soaked in water electricuting them on the spot. The Shinobi did not remain calm after Yue's eyes changed color as he activated his Takai Manako (death eyes) and stabbed the man in both lungs. The man was stabbed and Yue was standing on a rock before the man hit the ground. Yue looked down at the man and gave a smirk revealing his fang-like teeth.
"Now to be honest you are going to die, but you are going to die more slowly than the others", Yue then pointed at each of the other Shinobis that were dead, "Look at the bright side..... you will live to see possibly the next 5 minutes of rainfall... and that's if you don't yell and speed up your death"
Yue then stood completely up and put his hood over his head as the water began to pour from the skies above. He wasn't even a few feet away and then man began to scream. Before Yue had managed to get out of sight, the screaming had stopped. Yue merely continued walking as he tilted his head up to look at the sky.
"I told him not to scream", he thought to himself as the rain began to pour heavier making the scenery seem to blend together.
